Refunds, Refunds, and Exchanges:
All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available. I do not accept cancellations. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to lychamestudios@gmail.com and we will try to make it right!

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it within three days of arrival and email them to lychamestudios@gmail.com. I will be happy to offer a refund or another product.

Shipping:
All items will be shipped within one to three weeks of purchase through USPS. You will be emailed with a tracking number. Please ensure that the shipping address you entered is correct with all boxes filled out (unit, city, zip code).

SHIPPING TIMELINES:
Orders ship every Monday.

Payment Methods:
Payment is accepted through Venmo or PayPal (goods & services for both options). Please enter your Venmo username or PayPal email with your address information where prompted. You will be charged the total order + shipping and must complete the payment within a week.

If you fail to submit payment after one week, your order will automatically be cancelled.
